Brandon - Operations
I have over 15 years of experience in the tire and performance automotive industry with a strong background in both shop operations and administrative management. I began my career at America’s Tire Company, where I spent five years working with street car tires and advanced from an entry-level technician to Shop Manager. I then worked with TFB Performance for ten years in a primarily administrative role. Since 2020, I have been with AIM Tire, where I support the business in both administrative and shop capacities.
Nico - Head Tire TEch
I began working with Honda Civic race cars in the 1980s, building and developing them. In the 1990s, I expanded my experience working with BMW performance and racing vehicles. In 2006, I successfully completed the Jim Russell Racing School, winning the Mechanic Training Program for the Formula Racecar Challenge.
I started working with AIM Tires in 2005 while attending the Mechanic Training Program and have been an integral part of the team ever since. Throughout my career, participated in major endurance and professional racing events, including the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. I have worked alongside world championship–winning teams such as Flying Lizard Motorsports and have provided support for Pirelli Motorsport series, Toyo Tires Motorsports, and Hankook Motorsports across various race tracks.
Tim - Owner
I began my career as a teenager working at Aim tire, and have since gone on to become a professional driver, coach, race engineer and fabricator. I started and operate TFB Performance, a race shop and team supporting everything from GT cars to historic race cars and have both raced in and supported drivers doing track days to professional race series like Transam, SRO, IMSA and more.
